lyrics

Blue Marble by Nick Spacone

Everyone under the sun- playin' dumb to what's really going on
It's like we all just want to be free- of responsibility, you're killin' me...
this apathy is atrophy now
Everybody else's faults are different from our own as we all roam
this planet we call home for precious little time
You know it's not enough cause it's so tough-
to define these lines in which we're all confined

How could I be wrong...? Never though this could be
This only happens in song, now it's happening to me

Anyone just havin' fun- who wants to run this race at a pace way too fast
Do you want to place first or last? The ocean you're submerged in's vast
And different currents converge on distant paths
Anyone can tell you how our journey will begin, though in the end
we plan to have a friend to ease our mind
Wherever we wake up, to morning love
that can blind our eyes to all the warning signs

How could I be wrong...? Never though this could be
This only happens in song, now it's happening to me

How could I be wrong...? Never though this could be
This only happens in song, now it's happening to me

I closed my eyes and my soul was gone
A brief night sky... an unwelcome dawn
When lids did part... things looked so wrong
Now my head spins like this blue marble we're on

How could I be wrong...? Never though this could be
This only happens in song, now it's happening to me

about

Host Echo Niagara Falls, New York

If Radiohead opened a lounge at the top of Niagara Falls, hired Beck as the senior bartender and had a two-for-one hip hop night where Portishead went home with Incubus, the love child would be Host Echo.

A classical guitarist, a jazz vocalist and multi-instrumentalist, a rock bassist and a soul drummer, their original live set is a mix of electric earthquakes and chill trips to outer space.
